Recipe : Mix 100,Boiled water 170g, vegetable oil 15
1) Mix boiled water and churros mix at Kitchen Aid Speed 4 for 2 mins(by Beater ,scrap down sometimes)
2) Fold the dough by hand and then make one loaf.
3) Cover by the plastic film and rest for 10 mins
4) Put to the machine and deposit and fry (190 degree, 3 mins)"
