 Description
			shiokoji is made from the fermentation of the mixture of yeast and salt, water. 
Shiokoji is tradiitonal Japanese salt which provides the nutrition and enhance the food original taste. It has the following advanatage                                                                         
1) 30% of Sodium can make the same color with 100% Sodium. You can reduce Sodium content upto 70%.                                        
2) Enhance Umami of the food                                           
Usage : 6% of the flour weight in bread making
