Description

Mix to make Panacotta
Texture is very fragile and soft

Recipe: Mix 30g , Milk 240g, Fresh cream 240g
1) Dissolve mix to the cold milk and then increase the temp up to 50 degree. Keep stiring
2) Add cold fresh cream and then heat & keep stiring till 90 degree
3) Pour to the cup and set at chiller for 6 hours
