The same as normal multigrain mixes, use 30~50% of flour weight
Suggested recipe for Korean style pan bread
660g bread flour, 340g mix, 5g salt, 9g instant yeast, 45g sugar,
22g butter, 96g whole egg, 590g water
Mixing ratio
