Description

Premix to make cake waffle (Brussels type waffle)
No sugar added and good for savory applications as well

Suggested recipe
: 1000g mix, 550g water

Usage
1. Mix all ingredients by whisk or hand
2. Prepare the waffle iron (preheated to 180℃)
3. Spread cooking oil on the waffle iron slightly
Importance : Do not spread oil too much, it may be the reason of uncolored waffle
4. Deposit 45g on the waffle iron and Bake for 4mins
5. Serve with maple sauce on the baked waffle
